See the new symptoms of Covid-19, as announced by NCDC
According to the Nigerian Center for Disease Control, Corona Virus affects individuals differently, with different symptoms. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.
Alot of patients do not show symptoms until 14 days after contamination, where as alot of others might not show this symptoms at all.
We need to be careful, and follow all precautions given by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control.
For most people a sudden loss of taste & smell with fever, headache or runny nose may be a case of Covid-19
Some of the most common symptoms of Corona Virus includes; Fever, Dry cough, tiredness.
While uncommon symptoms of Covid-19 are; aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes.

As at the 20th of June 2020, 661 new confirmed cases and 19 deaths were recorded in Nigeria, after testing a total of 2,504 samples across the Federation.

Bringing the total number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Nigeria to 19,808, with 6718 discharged patients, and 506 fatality. NCDC has so far tested a total of 111,052, since the index case in the country.
Corona Virus is real in Nigeria too, stay safe, stay healthy.
