Jonathan Brought Famine, Buhari is Innocent – Fr. Mbaka

Reverend Father, Mbaka Ejike, the Spiritual director of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN) has once again sided President Muhammadu Buhari, this time, in contrast to ex-president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

Father Mbaka addressing members of his church in his prayer ground Umuchigbo-Nike Enugu, said that those criticizing President Muhammadu Buhari should be mindful of their utterances.

He said that during the tenure of President Goodluck Jonathan, explicitly in 2012, when he asked the then President to save for the rainy day, he was simply asked to face his pastoral work.

“Those of you who are criticising Buhari that he is not doing well should be mindful of your utterances. I could recall in 2012 when there was oil boom in the country I told the Nigeria President then, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan and his associates to save for the raining days and they did not heed my advice, rather they told me not to interfere in politics; that I should mind my pastoral work.

Father Mbaka further said that those planning the downfall of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria (AMEN), would always face defeat, citing Peter Obi as his example.

“Those who are still plotting for the downfall of the adoration ministry should remember the present condition of Mr. Peter Obi, politically, and if they don’t desist from that, they will be failing in all their endeavours.”

He said that he (Mbaka) is a man sent by God and that his sole purpose is to deliver the oppressed and preach the gospel of God to his people.

The cleric further claimed that he predicted the defeat of the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC, candidate in Enugu, Senator Ayogu Eze, citing that of the 400,000 votes that were cast, Senator Eze couldn’t achieve more than 10,000 votes, to prove that he is a prophet of God.

Arctic Reporters had previously reported on February 27, 2019 that Father Mbaka praised President Muhammadu Buhari over his victory at the presidential election. The cleric also mocked politicians who were not in support of President Buhari’s re-election.
