ELECTION NEWS: Is Buba Galadima Arrested ?

The Department of State Service (DSS) has denied reports making the round that the Spokesperson of Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization and ex-APC chieftain, Buba Galadima has been arrested, according to Channels TV.

As you may know, there have been uproar in the social media over claims of the self acclaimed R-APC chairman been under arrest.

Galadima only defected to the PDP from the ruling APC last year and has since be critical of the government of President Buhari, who use to be his former ally.

Earlier today, National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Uche Secondus called on the DSS to urgently release Buba Galadima.

Secondus said that the APC ordered the DSS to pick him up by 12:00pm, but they succeded in doing so by 1pm. He also said that Galadima is guilty of no offence and hence should not be intimidated.

The PDP chair alleged that APC thugs have killed people in course of the election and not one of these thugs have been arrested, he futher alleged that the national leader of the party, Bola Tinubu, was moving loads of cash in bullion vans in course of the elections, yet he has not been arrested.

Though, during the rant by the PDP National Chairman, he failed to provide proof that Galadima has been arrested, the DSS has also not provide proof of his freedom.
