Michael Cohen, former Lawyer to US President, Donald Trump has delivered his testimony before congress on Wednesday, 28 February 2019.
Cohen who is set to begin a three year jail sentence by may was harsh in his testimony, especially against his deals with President Trump.
Michael Cohen has been working for Trump since 2006 but things got rocky for him last year, June 15. He was sacked by the US president and charged to court over claims of fraud, lying to Congress and violating campaign finance laws, which he said he committed in Trumps favor.
He later pleaded guilty last year August and made his testimony before before the House Committee on Oversight and Reform yesterday.

Michael Cohen said that Trumps ultimate purpose of launching to politics was to cease the opportunity and market his businesses. He said that Trump ventured politics for publicity sake rather than becoming the US 45th President.
“The campaign for him was always a marketing opportunity,” Cohen said.
Meanwhile, Trumps eldest son’s have rejected Cohen’s testimony against their father, in a series a tweet they made on Wednesday, the sons of the US president said that Cohen was just looking for a soft landing spot for the mess he’d got himself into. Donald Trump Jr tweeted that Cohen’s testimony sounded “like a breakup letter” and that it’s “funny how things change when you’re trying to save your a**.”
