Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has arrived Illorin, the capital city of Kwara State for a campaign by his party, the All Progressives Congress.
Osinbajo arrived around 2:0pm and was welcomed by supporters of the APC in the state with chants of ‘O te ge’.
In a tweet, Osinbajo said:
“I have arrived Ilorin, Kwara State to continue NextLevelEngagements.”
Also, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Vice President, Laolu Akande revealed the the APC’s governorship candidate in the state Abdulrahman Abdulrazak, Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed and other party chieftains were in attendance.

As you may acknowledge, Kwara state is the home state of the Number 3 citizen of the federation, Senator Bukola Saraki, the Senate President who had last year defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, for the PDP.
You may also recall that INEC had extended campaign deadlines for Political Parties till today, Thursday 11:59pm following the election postponement till Saturday.
