#JusticeServed: Rivers state hotel serial killer to die by hanging

Justice Adolphus Enebele of the High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, earlier today  the 9th 0f October, 2020 convicted Mr Gracious David-West of the murder of eleven women in hotels last year, and the attempted murder of Benita Etim.

Justice Enebele in his judgment said the prosecution team was able to convince the court that David-West was the killer of those ladies. Meanwhile, the second defendant, Nimi ThankGod, facing a one-count charge of misconduct with a corpse has been discharged and acquitted.

The judge pronounced death by hanging as the prescribed punishment for the crimes committed by Mr Gracious David-West.
