The Imo State Governor, Senator Uzodinma was reported to have adopted a 9-year old boy named Joseph Oluomachi Opara. This was as a result of a recent video that went viral on the social media, where the said 9-year old while hawking his petty pear/coconut business along the street, sang a song that touched the people around.
