Former Eagles star dies 2 months after car crash

Wilson Oboh, former junior international Wilson Oboh, has died from undisclosed ailment after surviving a car accident few months ago.

The former Julius Berger and Insurance ace in the domestic league in his active days, was also a member of the Fanny Amu’s former Flying Eagles squad to the 1995 Africa Youth Championship and also trained with the Atlanta ‘94 Olympic squad.

The former youth international, who passed on two days ago, will always be remembered for his exceptional free-kick during his active days.

Earlier, Arctic Reporters reported that Barcelona Star Xavi Hernández has disclosed his intention to quit active football at the end of the current season.

Xavi also revealed that he plans to be a coach after retirement, there are indications the Spain Legend would take his first step into coaching at Real Betis.
