Atiku Abubakar, Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party has defeated incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Announcing the results on Monday, the INEC Collation Officer in the Capital City said Atiku had 259,997 votes, whereas President Muhammadu Buhari pulled 152,224 votes.
A total of 467,784 voters were accredited, 27,457 votes were nullified while 423, 951 votes were counted.
By this result, Atiku Won President Muhammadu Buhari with a wide margin of 107,773 voters.
