ELECTION NEWS: Buhari Reacts To Results So Far

President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), so far.

Responding to questions during an interview session with newsmen at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, the president said he would rather depend on INEC to publish official results of the Saturday polls than rely on rumours making the round.

He further said that Nigerians ought to acknowledge the fact that it was his same administration that provided a peaceful and secure atmosphere for them to cast their votes for whoever they did on Saturday.
