The Federal government must follow the rule of law in the prosecution of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and also endeavor to arrest all those who have caused insecurity in Nigeria.
The Governor of Rivers State, his excellency Governor Ezenwo Nyesome Wike has reacted to the recent arrest and detention of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kalu. In his reaction he told the Federal government to ensure that the rule of law is duly followed, so as to uphold equal rights and Justice.
According to a video interview, posted on the his official social media page, Governor Wike also advised the Federal government to ensure that their fight against insecurity is not one sided, stating that they should also arrest and prosecute the armed bandits that have been terrorizing the northern region of the country and also the members of the Miyetti Alah.
