He did not attract a single project to his constituency, sponsor any bills or motions, or facilitate any employment opportunities for anyone. Instead, he has been blaming and blackmailing his predecessor, Hon. Kingsley Uju, for his inability to fulfill his campaign promises. His supporters are spreading propaganda against Uju. This behavior highlights Dibiagwu’s lack of competence, knowledge, and exposure, as only a representative who lacks these qualities would continue to blame his predecessor for his own poor performance.

Is Hon. Uju the reason for Dibiagwu’s failures in office? Today it’s “Uju did this,” tomorrow it will be “Uju took my yam,” or “Uju drank my water.” This is weak and tiresome. You are at the National Assembly to make a difference. Do your work and stop blaming your predecessor.
All this constant blame-shifting to Uju is worthless because you are the present, and your predecessor is the past. It is very clear that your one year in office shows that you are an incompetent legislator, and your representation is the worst in the history of your federal constituency.

No nuclear science or economic expertise is needed to explain your inability to attract a project to your constituency or sponsor a bill or motion in one year. Other lawmakers, like Hon. Ikenga Ugochiyere, are busy commissioning numerous classroom blocks, boreholes, markets, etc. Meanwhile, in Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta/Oru West federal constituency, Dibiagwu is busy looking for who to intimidate.

Uju Kingsley Chima, during his time in office, was a perfect example of a working legislator. He had a proven record of success in administrative governance and business management. He was active on the floor of the house through his legislative engagements and oversight functions. He sponsored bills and motions, attracted projects to his constituency, and frequently met with leaders, stakeholders, elected chairmen, and councilors of Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta, and Oru West. He promoted the growth of youths and women through scholarship programs, business grants, skills acquisition programs, capacity development, and community development projects.
In contrast, Dibiagwu has failed in leadership over the past year, opting to blame others rather than take accountability. He has chosen to play the victim instead of channeling creative energy into working for the people. Leadership requires taking responsibility—no blaming, avoidance, deflection, or whining. Not everyone is suited for a leadership position. If you ask for the keys, you need to learn how to drive responsibly and start driving. Unfortunately, whining is all that Dibiagwu does.
