Insecurity heightens: terrorists kill two health workers. The incessant kidnapping and killing in the country is beyond ordinary. Insecurity have multiplied and the authorities do not have much to say about the situation.
The latest issue of killing by suspected terrorists was at Kaduna. According to punchng, suspected terrorists were said to have killed two health ad hoc staff members and injured one other. This incident happened on Friday. Unfortunately, individuals were unable to reach the police command.
The reports have shown that the victims were said to have been attacked while returning from duty in Zangang Community of Atakar Chiefdom in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State. Details as to why they were attacked isn’t known yet.
The victims were in charge of the distribution of mosquito nets in some communities in the local government area.

Isaac Gandu a New Nigeria Peoples Party’s House of Assembly candidate, who confirmed the incident to The PUNCH on Sunday, said the victims were killed en route Zangang-Zankan Road after distributing mosquito nets in Zankan ward. According to Isaac;
“The only woman in the team narrowly escaped with gunshot wounds, she is receiving medical treatment in an undisclosed facility,” he said.
Spokesperson of the Kaduna State Police Command, Mohammed Jalige, did not take his calls as of the time of filing this report.
On a separate incident, suspected bandits kidnapped 8 residents and no news have been heard from them.
Musa Danladi, one of the residents who witnesses the incident gave an account of what happened. He said;
“They came around 1am and took away eight residents, including a pregnant woman that came to visit her sick mother in the community. This is not the first time bandits would attack our community,”
Same issue of incompetent security officials, the police spokesman’s telephone rang out and there was no response to a text message sent to him as of press time.
