Ada Ameh: Popular Nollywood actress is dead. Reason behind her death isn’t known yet, but sources have it that she collapsed and was rushed to a hospital where she finally kicked the bucket.
It is no news that the 48 year old actress suffered from a mental illness after she fell into depression in 2020.
Ada Ameh was born on the 15th of May 1974. She was a Nigerian actress who spent more than two decades in the Nigerian movie industry and was most notable for her character as Anita in the 1996 movie titled Domitilla and as Emu Johnson in the award winning Nigerian television series titled The Johnsons. Ameh in The Johnsons television series featured alongside other Nollywood actors such as Charles Inojie, Chinedu Ikedieze & Olumide Oworu, and was known as the wife of Charles Inojie

This information hit very hard on everyone because it seemed like she was progressing in health. She also had interviews, most of them included her state of depression and how she overcame them.
Ameh had a daughter whom she gave birth to at age 14. Her daughter being a blessing, a friend and a child, died in October 2020 leaving her to bury. She suffered from mental health issues prior to her death.
The president of the actors guild of Nigeria, AGN Emeka Rollas confirmed that Ameh died on Sunday at the Nigerian national petroleum corporation (NNPC) hospital in warri, Delta state.
According to reports, she died around 11pm on Sunday 17th July 2022.
Prior to this, she had been invited as a guest of an oil company toyshop where she collapsed. She had also made videos while dining with her family so it is devasting and untraceable how her system failed.
