Sparodic Shooting in Imo State House of Assembly, following the suspension of Six Law makers!!!!!!

Imo state speaker and other law makers run for cover, as heavily armed men invade the assembly complex, shooting sparodically, after he announced the suspension of six lawmakers and elevated house member representing Nkwere LGA state constituency Hon. Barr. Obinna Okwara to chief wip of the house.

The assembly complex was in disarray following the suspension of six law makers, and the elevation of Hon. Barr. Obinna Okwara to the position of the Chief wip by the speaker.

The speaker of the Imo state house of assembly Rt. Hon. Paul Emeziem, announced the suspension of six lawmakers, during plenary session of the 8th of July 2021, shortly after his announcement the complex became unbearable for everyone inside and around the vicinity, as men suspected to be loyalist of the suspended law makers started shooting sparodically into the air, inside the assembly complex.

The suspended lawmakers are Hon. Uche Ogbuagu (Ikeduru LGA),  Barr. Anyadike (Ezinihitte LGA), Hon. Ezerioha Dominic (Oru West LGA), Hon. Philip Ejiogu (Owerri North), Hon. Kennedy One (Obowu LGA) and finally Hon. Micheal Onyemaechi (Ihitte LGA).

No causalities have been recorded as at the time of filing this report. And the governor nor the speaker is yet to release an official statement regarding the shooting
