Ballot Box Snatcher Burnt To Ashes in Akwa-Ibom

An alleged ballot box snatcher in Ikono Local Government Area of Akwa – Ibom State has been set ablaze.

According to a short clip shared by Lere Olayinka, an aideo to former governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose, the incident occured at Ikono Ward 10, Unit 9.

Lere said that trouble started when some thugs alleged to be working for the All Progressive Congress, APC, Stormed the polling unit and tried to cart away election materials.

Lere said that the thugs shot four people but upon their attempt to make away with the materials, one of the thugs was captured and set ablaze.
