Imo Housing Land Allottees Cry Out. Imo State land allottees raise alarm over alleged land grabbing by Mr. Paschal Nwakamma and Mr. Chris Nlemoha, urging Governor Hope Uzodimma to intervene.
The last may not have been heard of the continued embarrassment being caused to the Imo State 3R Government, led by Distinguished Senator Hope Odidika Uzodimma (Onwa Oyoko), by the Abia State-born purported “SA Lands Recovery,” Mr. Paschal Nwakamma, known as “Dum Dum.”

His latest uncouth behavior is an alleged attempt to grab lands from allottees officially given by the Imo State Housing Corporation on behalf of the state government, way back in 2017, during the tenure of Hon. Dr. Henry Okafor as General Manager.

To this end, land allottees of the Divine Home Estates, Area V, Obokwu Avu Community, Owerri-West LGA, who have intact allocation documents issued to them, are now crying out and raising alarm over Mr. Paschal Nwakamma, a.k.a. “Dum Dum,” conspiring with one Mr. Chris Nlemoha, of Dependable and Heartland Estates, both of the same Area V, Avu, to criminally take over their government-allotted lands with unfounded claims of Mr. Nlemoha having “ownership” of one hundred twenty-seven (27) hectares of lands in the area!
The land allottees, who have jointly and severally disputed the “27 hectares” ownership claim as false, have vowed to resist “Dum Dum” and his criminal collaborators to the last!
According to them, the Imo Housing Corporation at MCC Road Owerri had settled with the Avu native landowners before the acquisition. They wonder how the Abia State-born Mr. Paschal Nwakamma “Dum Dum” could attempt to steal their lands from them.
They are therefore calling on the Imo State Governor, Sen. Hope Odidika Uzodimma, to, as a matter of urgent public importance, call the said “3R SA on Lands Recovery,” Mr. Paschal Nwakamma, to order and stop him from further ridiculing the administration with criminal land manipulations.
