If I lose Election, I will do this – Ganduje

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has revealed his intentions if he bags defeat in the gubernatorial election on Saturday 9, March 2019.

As you may know, the governor is seeking re-election bid under the All Progressives Congress. Speaking during a press briefing after signing the second peace accord organized by the state election peace committee, Ganduje said that he will call and congratulate the winner.

The Governor said that he believes that God is  the one who backs anyone who wins an election and that if he loses, he will accept it as the will of God.

In his words:

“Yes, I am willing to accept the result because that is the will of God and I always believe in the will of God.

“Any person that wins, it is the will of God and I am willing to call and congratulate him.”

Ganduje got into office on April 13, 2015 after defeatin his PDP rival, Mr. Salihu Takai of the PDP with a difference of  1,036,708 votes.
