I know I have tried my best to fix things but I believe it is beyond repairs now. Funke Akindele and her husband part ways after 7 years of marriage. Prior to the arguments that ensued between the couple, JJC has come out to relate his separation from his celebrity wife.
News have been flying round about the celebrity. According to residents at the amen estate, the celebrity had made a fuss about her husband embezzling funds from their joint account and transfered them to a personal account. This is after he had been caught cheating on his wife. Apparently, he already figured out the marriage was over.

For clarifications, Akindele-Bello Olufunke Ayotunde was born on the 24th of August 1977. She is popularly known, as Funke Akindele or Jenifa. Jenifa is a Nigerian film actress and producer. Akindele starred in the sitcom I Need to Know from 1998 to 2002, and in 2009, she won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She rose to fame for her role in the movie titled Jenifa which earned her the nickname Jenifa. The Omo Ghetto trilogy contributed to her fame. Funke Akindele played the lead role in the show Jenifa’s Diary, for which she was named the Best Actress in a Comedy at the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards. Read more about her here
The ex-husband of funke made a post on Instagram. In his words, I know I have tried my best to fix things but I believe it is beyond repair now.

“Dear friends and family, I need to let you know that funke and I have separated. While it lasted, we shared alot of things together and have created two beautiful children. The last two years have been extremely difficult for us. I have tried my best to fix things but I believe it is beyond repairs now.
3 months ago and at funke’s insistence, I moved out of the house and apart from the AMVCA. I have not been able to get funke to sit down in an amicable manner to discuss the future of our relationship. I’m making this announcement so that the public is clear that we both are pursuing separate lives now.
We still have issues that need to be addressed such as the custody and wellbeing of our children, which is paramount. As well as business interest which needs to be disentangled- Mr Abdul Bello.
According to Mr Bello, he was asked to leave the house they both share.
