ELECTION NEWS: Jonathan, Patience Vote in Otuoke

Ex-President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has expressed his franchise alongside his wife, patience and mother; Ayi.

Jonathan voted at around 9:30am in unit 39, Ward 13 at the Otazi Playground, Otuoke in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa, his wife voted at 9:32 a.m, then his mother followed.

The President said he was satisfied with the electioneering process so far and expressed optimism that his party, the PDP, will win all seats in the election across the country.

Jonathan stressed that the only way right candidates can emerge is by credibility in the polls. Jonathan said that if the election is marred by restiveness and violence then eventually, the wrong people will get into office and the Nations development will be hampered.

In conclusion, the Former president who was defeated by incumbent President Buhari asked candidates who will lose in the race to peacefully concede defeat.
