ELECTION NEWS: Congratulate Buhari Now – Momodu to Atiku, Omokri Responds

Renowned Media Mogul and Publisher of Ovation Magazine, Mr. Dele Momodu, has encouraged the Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party to Immediately concede defeat following the announcement of results so far.

Momodu said that with the way things are going, it is practically obvious that Buhari has defeated Atiku and that he (Atiku) stands  to gain by calling the president now to congratulate him.

As you may know, following the announcement so far, President Muhammadu is currently leading the elections which held on Saturday, 23 February, 2019.

Dele Momodu made the plea to Atiku in a series of tweets he made on Tuesday. He encouraged Atiku to step aside, saying that he (Atiku) has crafted his name on Gold and that God has been faithful in his life and family in spite of the election, that the Former Vice – President should be grateful at least for the gift of life.

Momodu explained that it is God who gives and takes power, he pleaded with Atiku to concede defeat and pass on the burden.

Meanwhile, in reaction, ex-aide to President Goodluck Jonathan and PDP staunchman, Reno Omokri, condemned the tweet by Dele Momodu.

Omokri in a tweet said that Dele Momodu has Atiku’s Phone number, Email Address and Whatsapp details, and asked why he should console with him publicly. He asked Momodu why he should add a snake that an Elephant that Atiku is carrying.
