Current Acting MD of NDDC, Prof. K. Pondei Collapses At The National Assembly while being Grilled By The House Committee
On Monday at the National Assembly, Prof Kemebradikumo Pondei, acting Managing Director of the NDDC, fainted during an investigative hearing as he testifies before the Probing Committee.
The committee had grilled him for about 45 minutes before he passed out.
He was rushed out of the Conference Room 231, venue of the investigative hearing on misappropriation of funds and illicit spending in the commission.
Afterwards, the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio testified as well.
