As we feed the body lets not forget the soul -“Uchemba”

Nigerian movie star, Williams Uchemba, just purchased and ready to distribute the first batch of 1000 copies out of 5000 copies  of the holy bible he promised to distribute, along side palliatives through his foundation @Williams_uchembafoundation, to people leaving in some ghetto areas of the country.

He made this announcement through a post on his official Instagram handle.

@williams_uchembafoundation just purchased the first batch of 1,000 out of the 5,000 bibles we will be sharing as we continue to rescue and empower people from the slums. I realized that it’s easier to teach people how to fish rather than always giving them fish to eat. I have also come to realize that the word of God is the manual for life, it’s the foundation of everything that we’ve come to know today so I will be robbing the people we are reaching if we only give them food for the body and not food for the spirit. I’m a product of the word of God and one thing I know for sure is that the word of God works ( joshua 1:8 proves that); so as @williams_uchembafoundation embarks on the last quarter of this year’s project of skill acquisition, capacity building among the youth, we will also balance it with the word of God and by that we are not only training the mind and hand but also the heart because out of your HEART are the issues of life. The main aim of this is to not only feed the people with physical food but to also uplift their mind and soul and ensure they follow the right part to greatness and in the end rescue them from the slums.
