The wife of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mrs Aisha Buhari, has thanked Nigerians for their prayers and well wishes while she was away for medical treatment.
Thank you for your prayers and well wishes while I was out getting the much needed medical attention. I am well now and have fully recovered and have back to motherland Nigeria – She said through her official twitter handles.

According to the first lady, the Nigerian Airforce Flight she was using encountered violent clear air turbulence, however was navigated safely and professionally by the captain and flight crew members. She also went further to commend and thank the captain, his crew and the wonderful gallant service men and women for showing courage and professionalism in the midst of storm
On our way back, the Nigerian Airforce Flight encountered a violent clear air turbulence which was navigated safely and professionally by the Captain and crew of the Flight.
I want to commend and appreciate the courage and professionalism of the Captain and his crew, the wonderful gallant service men and women of the entire Nigerian Airforce for their dedication to duty and the quality of maintenance of its Fleet.
She also used this medium to call on healthcare workers, to seize the opportunity provided by the federal government through the central bank of Nigeria (CBN), to support and upgrade the system into a better standard.
She ended the trend by thanking the frontline workers and all Nigerians for their steadfast as we navigate the challenges facing the world.
